Happenings on 09-09-10

09-09-10, Thursday, was a happening weekday!

My best pal, Kelly, gave birth to little Paris on tat day... Agreed to visit her in the evening, esp when Jaden wakes up from his nap..

So, tat day morn, decided to bring Jaden out for water play! as the lunar 7th mth was finally over.. Jaden can start his water activities... Initially was thinking to bring him to Science Centre to play.. so we went to Jurong East to eat breakfast 1st.. Jaden ate half of my duck rice, but only the rice, not with the meat... Then we proceeded to Sci Centre, but who koes each adult need to pay $8... we had 3 adults, together with my mil.. hubby said it was v exp loh... n even if we paid to go in, Jaden still so young to understand all those stuff inside, so decided not to go in... Jaden kept looking at the water playing area.. it looks fun..

Then we decided y not go to IMM since so near.. So, we walked off. Jaden was rather unhappy... haha.. after some coaxing, he finally calmed down.. When we reached IMM, we went straight up to 3rd floor... He saw the water, n started to laugh.. we quickly let him change into his thermal swimwear, n there he went, started to play..

Luckily, there was no 1.. so Jaden had all the fun by himself.. he laughed so loudly loh.. obviously happy.. but of course, soon after many kids came n joined in.. Jaden played for 1hr+, n we had to bring him back.. cannot play too long lah.. he was super angry n started to cream n shout... He was actually tired, but refused to leave.. coz he had no more energy to run ard, he sat down n pat the waters on the ground.. his eyes were slightly reddish liao.. aiyo, this toddler loves to play water too much..

Brought him back to in laws' house... soon, for less than 15min, he dozed off n started his nap, all the way til 5.30pm.. I need to feed him porridge 1st b4 setting off to TMC.. so here drag there drag, we only started to leave Jurong at ard 6.30pm

The traffic was bad, v bad.. slow traffic due to knocking off time... n oso there was a car accident.. hubby initially not v willing to bring Jaden along, but I wanted to.. finally when we reached TMC, oh my, the queue to go into the carpark was VERY long... TMC carpark space too small i can say.. hubby got a bit fed up, partly bcoz of the jam, n now the queue.. commented tat if i ever conceived a 2nd 1, dun come TMC n deliver.. oopps.

We made a U-turn to the opp carpark... n need to cross the bridge... finally reached TMC... haiz.. Jaden not v cooperative, as usual... b4 stepping into the ward, he started crying.. Finally got to see Paris loh.. looked like Tian, but Paris more radiant.. n her eye brows n v nice loh... the Aw family oso came... Delroy as usual so cute!!!! but the main role was the little princess n the wonderful mummy!

We only stayed for near to 1hour.. coz Jaden was making a fuss, n hubby was getting irritated.. he told me to leave, so i had no choice but to tell them tat we r going off 1st..i carried Paris loh, oh my! it had been a long time ever since i carried a newborn! have lah, 1 day ago on the 8th, i went to my ex-colleague's house, Kris, to visit her n her daughter Claire, i oso got carry.. newborns r so fragile n adorable...

Kelly is discharged today.. n her confinement starts.. tmr i will go over n visit her again... n wana carry Paris!! So happy for her as 1 more family member joins her family. Jaden will have 1 more meimei to dote on le.. Looking forward to tomorrow man!
