Happy 2nd wedding anniversary

Today is the 30th, which marks our 2nd wedding anniversary!!

As i mentioned earlier, both hubby & I need to work, so had already pre-celebrated this event.

I shld feel happy abt today, but when i received my timetable, i was rather disappointed, to b frank.. i requested to have a high-ability class (HA), but in the end, i got the last class, low-ability (LA).. n somemore has a super darling inside.. it's indeed a v challenging 2010 for me i assume.. but surprisingly, i thought i will b fuming mad n may go bonkers, but i was calmer than i expected..

Knock off near to 6pm.. played with our precious Jaden til it's time to go downstairs n wait for hubby at 8.30pm..

When Jaden & I were waiting for hubby at the bus stop, i received hubby's call.. he asked where I was.. he said he was going to JP, to buy me flowers, my fav blue roses.. i told him dun bother to specially go buy blue roses, as he was actually at Pioneer Mall florist.. but a pity no more blue roses.. then i told him any will do, no need to buy blue roses, but he said tat was my favourite.. but again i told him there's no need to as it will b troublesome.. So, in the end, he asked me to carry Jaden over to Pioneer Mall, n ask me to choose a bouquet..

I just told him to get a pink bouquet will do, n there he went to buy.. just a simple jesture from him.. said 'happy anniversary' when he passed me the flowers... every year, he would give me a bouquet of blue roses, even when we were courting.. even though there wasn't any blue roses this year, but i was equally contented.. coz this is 1 of the 'auto' act of him, as he seldom will b so 'auto'...

Felt tired today.. hubby too.. accompanied Jaden til near to 10.30pm then we came back home.. hubby was asleep, n here I am blogging, n also uploading the wedding pics of us 2 years ago into FB.. coz in the past, i refused to sign up an a/c there, uploaded all my wedding stuff into Multiply.. but most of the frds/colleagues didn't see my album, n many of them are in FB, so i decided since anniversary, as a memory sake, i upload into FB.. after uploading, i think i need a good sleep too.. as for the past weekends, Jaden didnt sleep well as he was sick, thus hubby & I were tired out too..

in a few more minutes, it will be the 31st... I must end b4 the clock strikes 12.. haha.. hereby wana say Happy Anniversary my hubby!

Gathering with my best friends

Mayb due to his cold, Jaden did not sleep well last night, thus i also.... look so much like a panda...



Yest noon, hubby went to his colleague's house warming, leaving me n Jaden at home til late noon then come back..



Early evening, fil called n asked about his precious grandson, obviously missing him! so we brought him over to acc him eat dinner, b4 hubby go for wedding dinner...



I went over to in law's house til Kelly n Rod were here to fetch me n Jaden.. Had an apptment with them, together with Mr & Mrs Lee, aka Michael n Jasline.. though hubby wasn't around with us, but i still agreed to go with them.. on the condition that Kelly had to come n fetch us.. luckily my best pal didn't complain... haha!! still came n waited for us.. of course, Princeton was here too lah!!



Had a nice dinner with them, though i didn't eat much.. after which, went to my house to chat a while.. coz Jaden was tired... after watching the Chelsea match, they went off.. I didn't wait for hubby to come back, so carried Jaden into the room n sleep..



Jaden's cold has not recovered... n slight cough now.. all thanks to me.. i transmitted the virus to him this time.. but no choice, no one helps to take care of him, as MIL will only be back on Tues late night ard 9-10pm.. Jaden has taken his medicine ard 7.30pm, n had slept b4 9pm.. i'm waiting for the laundry to b ready.. then go hang liao will carry Jaden into the room n sleep.. Tmr, i'll b alone with Jaden as hubby needs to work, but most prob my mum will come over n help me...



I really enjoyed chatting with this group of sec sch frds of mine... really treasured them as no one understands me more than them, esp Kelly... I koe no matter what, we will always b so close loh..

X'mas cum anniversary celebration

hubby n I need to work on 30th, which is our 2nd wedding anniversary.. so already decided to push the celebration earlier, to celebrate x'mas together...

23rd Wed, brought Jaden home n took care of him on our own.. 24th morning, went to JP Mac for breakfast, n then went to buy iPhone.. so now, both of us have the same phone! but damn, dunno how to use, still in the midst of exploring...

went back home to let Jaden take a nap, he woke up ard 2.30pm.. we were late to check in the hotel in HIA.. but nvm, we brought Jaden over to in laws' house 1st.. MIL was busy playing mj with her Son-in-law n gugu.. we acc Jaden til 3.30pm b4 we left to HIA... gugu's daughter Ting acc Jaden...

Reached HIA ard 4pm to do the check in.. went into our superior suite... put our things down, n went off to Causeway Pt to watch movie... had 2 free movie tickets from Cathay, to b used b4 31st Dec 2009.. bought tickets to watch Bodyguards & Assasins! not bad ya, but mood was slightly affected by a couple of China ppl, who kept talking in the theatre!

As there was still some time left b4 the movie started, we went to Jack's Place for dinner.. ordered the x'mas eve dinner set.. the dinner was great!!!

After the movie, we went back to in laws' house 1st b4 proceeding back to the hotel room, bcoz we both missed Jaden.. played with him til 10pm+ b4 we left... did the downcounting in the hotel suite, with room service of tenderloin steak n french onion soup! HIA gave us too many sweet memories, so always hoped to celebrate wedding anniversary there.. but hubby said, next time book a cheaper room... haha..

25th morn, went to Melting Pot Cafe for our buffet breakfast.. 10am+ drove back to in laws' house to see Jaden, hoping to bring him over to the hotel n suite to take a look b4 we check out at 12pm.. but PILs said dun wana go, as Jaden had not poo-ed.. scared later will b troublesome, n he needs nap ard tat time too.. so after acc them breakfast @ koufu, we dropped them home 1st n went back to HIA again to take a short rest b4 checking out...

tat evening, MIL went back to Muar to visit her BIL who is seriously sick.. initial plan was to b back on Sunday night.. but 1.5hours after they left home to Muar, MIL called FIL, to inform him that her BIL did not make it, just passed away.. the wake will b on for 5 days...

i'm also down with cold, so no choice, we still need to take care of Jaden on our own til Tues night when MIL is back from the funeral at Muar.. Wed will b having meeting early in the morn.. n i've not recovered fully.. hope my body can stand all the way lah.. now Jaden is taking his nap, almost going to wake up soon.. hubby went to colleague's housewarming, n evening has a wedding dinner, so i'll b all alone with Jaden...

This year's xmas not anything special... but was happy to have such a simple n yet blissful celebration with hubby.. i'll b looking forward to have flowers on our actual anniversary loh, see if hubby will buy or not haha!

Plans for our wedding anniversary

Hubby n I were discussing how to celebrate our 2nd year wedding anniversary, n of course it's not v smooth.. I'm having the school AGM meeting on the actual day, which is the 30th.. n thought of taking MC, in order to celebrate with hubby.. n know what? a coincidence was, it was hubby's shift that day too...

Hubby said, it will b too late to take leave.. so i was still thinking what we should do..

Just now surfed the net, to HIA's web site... my initial plan was, to celebrate our anniversary there.. book a room, n spend a night there... bcoz HIA gave me a lot of memories.. it was the place where we held our solemnisation, n the wedding banquet...

After some discussion, decided that mayb we book on 31st, n spend the countdown there.. but a pity no rooms r available.. i tried 30th, yes there are rooms for us.. but if to book 30th n celebrate on the actual day, both of us would need to do something to get ourselves free...

Having some serious thoughts, i tried clicking onto the x'mas eve 24th... there r rooms too! so i told hubby, y dun we celebrate earlier, we check in on 24th, do the x'mas countdown in HIA, n check out on 25th.. hubby agreed... so i went on to book a room...

Anniversary is only once a year... n for us, it's easy coz our solemnisation n banquet same day, no need to celebrate 2 times... i think just 1 night, spend the night in a good room also not v over.. so instead of booking a superior room, i went to book a deluxe suite room..

I'm so happy that the 1st step of the planning was confirmed! next, will be the present tat i'm going to get for hubby... it's going to cost me 1k for the room cum gift... gift i dun reveal so much until the actual day...

I wonder if hubby is going to get me flowers..n i think he will.. but present wise, i dunno.. highly possible he may ask me what i want, then go buy together... since we r celebrating x'mas n wedding anniversary together in 1 event, we can both go work on the actual day of anniversary..

Of course, on 24th, the check-in time is 2pm.. we would spend the 1st half of the day with Jaden.. most prob may bring him along, but evening time will have to trouble my in laws to take care for us for the night.. then 25th check out liao will go back to Jaden.. or if not, morning wake up, b4 going for breakfast, go back fetch Jaden n MIL over for breakfast in the hotel also can.. will see how things go... We'll be going over to HIA next week liao loh, oh my!!!

Last year also spend our anniversary there by going to the Melting Pot for a meal.. This year, will b spent in the suite room... I'm so looking forward to it!!! Hope things go on smoothly that day loh..

Wenxian & Xiaolin's Wedding 13-12-09

finally we went to attend Wenxian & Xiaolin's wedding last weekend..

Still remembered the time when i was still preg with Jaden, I acc them for bridal shop search, taste food at 88 Restaurant...

It's their wedding, n it's over last Sunday, had enjoyed ourselves well that night.. though Jaden wasn't in his top form.. but at least, it was better than i imagined... during the 1st part of the banquet he was still ok, until the yum seng part, he got a shock n started bursting out crying.. had a hard time comforting him..

btw, we went over to da bo's house as early as 8am.. Jaden was still sound asleep.. haha.. but everything went on well, even at the banquet.. all of us enjoyed ourselves, though feeling tired.. had been entertaining the m'sia relatives, n of course i felt tired too..

I helped Xiaolin to snap quite a number of pics... hope is useful for her.. as i think besides the pics from professionals, we help to snap a bit here n there is also good.. at least they get to koe some other details tat happened tat mayb cameraman didn't snap n yet we took it.. n it can b good memory!! just like my wedding, Jie En n my sis helped to snap so many pics, n when i looked at it, i was so elated as oh so tats what happened during this n tat time..

After their wedding, i think it will take quite some time to have another wedding in their family.. the relatives all went back yest, by diff groups.. now left xiaoshu n his family, who will b leaving on Thursday night.. hope can bring them shop n buy some things.. i envy the bond they have in this big family... n was glad that every1 of them r so friendly n nice...

we'll b going back to Kulim for CNY in 2 months time, n will see all of them again... See you guys soon!

Finally is the last jab

today noon, brought Coco for his last jab!!!! yeah..

after a few months of treatment for his skin prob, today marks the end of the weekly appointment..

A few months ago, Coco was diagnosed to have serious skin prob.. a lot of mites in his skin, tats y he always feel itchy, n sometimes he may even smell, even though he has had his bath..

he was on weekly jab.. n food also changed.. no more milk, dog snacks, bread, or even fruits... his annual injection was also postponed til last week, as we need to wait for his skin prob to improve b4 the vet agreed to have his annual injection done...

after consistent jabs every weekend, my mum was v concerned, feed him on time, bathe him, make sure he is ok.. so last week when he went for his jab, n scrap test done again, negative.. no more mites! which was a good news for us.. vet said this week will b his last, Coco need not go for his weekly jab animore.. but still need to observe his situation.. he diet still need to watch.. my mum n I were happy n relieved..

I hope Coco can always remain healthy n cheerful... he rarely fall sick.. in fact, besides his skin prob, he has never fallen sick b4!!! we r so proud of him.. small breed like him will not live long, but we treasure this puppy of ours, all the way til the end of his life..

wearing shoes

Jaden is already 1 year old.. but this naughty prince of ours refused to wear shoes.... n of course, being a harsh mama, i forced him to wear, even though he was rebelling!

Yest, went to SPH to collect Jaden's prize, which was from Young Parents.. it was located at Genting Lane... we let him wear sandals.. he felt uncomfortable... haha..

After which, we went to Expo for lunch.. hubby needs to go back work yest, so only mil n I together with Jaden.. Nothing much to see n buy from Expo loh.. saw L'oreal sale, but simply too many ppl, n the queue was so long.. i gave up..

Today, let Jaden wear covered shoes.. again, he was screaming n shouting, n crying of course, as usual.. i refused to give in, insisted to wear for him.. bcoz i want him to koe tat as he grows older, if wana go out, need to wear shoes.. he has already gotten used to b 'free'... Jaden is becoming v unreasonable... it's a test to my patience.. n of course, i felt irritated..

These 2 days when we go out, he was so sleepy, but simply refused to sleep in his 'sarong'... in the past, he would.. but dunno y these few days he just dun want to.. n was so cranky that i was so angry n frustrated... his mind is v wild, tired but still wana look around.. i dunno wat to do when we go for Wenxian n Xiaolin's wedding next week.. sure v dampen by his tyrantness.. it was really a headache as in what to do with this little prince... i was indeed irritated by his spoiltness.. really....

I will continue to try to make him wear shoes.. regardless he likes it or not.. hope i can always dun give in to his crying... i find it a real challenging task to make him an obedient child.. he is simply too stubborn n spoilt... he has to realise n understand that wearing shoes is a must.. n of course, he needs time to get used to it.. n i hope he can get used to it asap..

My Tuesday

went for car servicing this morn.. made an apptment with Kia at 10am.. went to Leng Kee, together with my mum...

we spent 5.5 hours at Redhill.. bcoz need to wait for my car to b ready.. received Kia's call at around 3.45pm...

we went to have breakfast at the market, then walk around, followed on by entering a hair salon.. i went to perm n dye my hair, while my mum did treatment n dye hair.. spent $190+ there.. of course i pay lah! hehe..

when my car was ready, the bill came up to $242+... reached in laws' house so late, n my precious prince was taking his nap.. morn b4 i set off to Leng Kee, i did go over n see Jaden 1st..

I tot i may have the time to make a trip down to SPH to collect Jaden's prize.. but i think if i can wake up early n get myself ready tmr, i'll drive down n collect b4 going over to in laws' house.. if not, will wait til Fri, when hubby is off, then go oso ok..

My Tues was just spent like tat, waiting for the car for almost half of the day... sianzzzz...
