E&E Team Bonding 23-12-14

Sorry for forgetting to post this b4 my date with hubby...

This is my 2nd team bonding with E&E team. E&E means Employment & Employability Department. It consist of 3 big departments:

1) Employability Development, which is the department where i belong. This was divided into 3 small departments: sector capability development (me); training operations, PWD training. 2) Employment Services, which consist of employer consultancy and career consultancy (jasline); S2W and incentives Management & process tracking. 3) Employment & Employability which consist of strategic partnerships.

We are mostly dealing with employers, sector professionals and PWDs (our clients).

We all work hard, n play hard as well. Last week was e 2nd team bonding session. we had lunch at PS, Chef Wan. Followed by team game, treasure hunt. It was indeed tiring. Though my team had a good start, but blasted in e end that we came in last. Haha. Nvm, it was just a game.

We were all separated into different teams planned by the committee. My team is the dream team, bcoz i had Iron man in my team, and 2 macho guys... n not forgetting our E&E big head, Group Director. We all had fun and though not winning, but it was a good experience playing together.

The next 1 shld be in mid yr liao bah. This is a meaningful agency n place to work in, n i hope to contribute more to the agency, n most imptly our target of audience cum clients, the PWDs.
