Raymond Lam Desire Tour 26-02-11

I've always liked Raymond Lam!! Esp the HK dramas that he had acted in.. When I knew he is coming to Spore for concert, I quickly asked my siblings n my biao ge... But only my sis is interested in going... We bought the 2nd most exp tickets..

Haiz, shld buy the most exp ones.. normally when i go for concerts, i would surely buy the moxt exp ones...

Many ppl came to support him.. I'm surprised to see actually many aunties n even grandmas came too!

The concert was a successful one, n Raymond really surprised me.. I never thought his 'power' could be so amazing... Hard work put in really can see results... I enjoyed myself throughout the whole concert.

But was utterly disappointed with the part that he couldnt make his way to every part of the concert hall to shake our hands.. All thanks to the fans! He already said must b good, stay at own seats so tat he can come round, but the fans got far too excited that they all ran to the front... He couldn't make his way out at all. The fans are too warm!

The concert had no extravagant costumes or wat. But the lightings, sound system n whole performance was great! Could see him being so hardworking for the concert. Really clap for him! I hope there'll b a next chance where I can see him at a nearer distance!

Jaden's school work

This morning, as usual, both hubby n I went to fetch our precious prince.

I found some worksheets in his bag. Initially I thought it might be school letters, so I didnt care much. Until we stepped out of the school, then I took them out, n i realised it was worksheets that they did in school.

I was surprised, as I thought he will refuse to do. Aniway Monday I will ask the teacher again. I am sure this was assisted by teachers, but i know, beginning sure like tat. Hope to see improvement in his work soon lah.. haha...

At least he is willing to do. Mayb is the teacher grab his hands n do, but watever. As long as he did complete work, is ok. Better than he refused to do anything but to sit there n watch tv right?

BTW, i vomitted again just now. vomitted out all my lunch. Sad. now resting at home. no choice but to leave Jaden at my PIL's house tonite... sad...

hospitalisation into NUH

Thanks to all ppl around me for your concern n blessings. I've been discharged today.

All started with bad vomitting, that both hubby n I thought might be food poisoning.

Monday 14-02-11 night, at around 10pm, b4 we left my PIL's home, I rushed to the toilet to vomit. Vomitted all my dinner out. Feeling wobbly, we quickly went home, so that I can go sleep.

Made myself to sleep, but this time round I failed. from 10.30pm-3am, i just kept getting up n rushed to the toilet n vomit. I forgot how many times I've vomitted, around 7-8 times. Until the last time at 3am, when I vomitted my huang dan, yellow liquid, my gastric juice, I woke hubby up n told him, I gave up, please bring me to the hosp.

Initially wanted to go NUH, but in the end went to KK... reached KK at around 3.40am. Doc gave me a jab, saying the effects could last me 8 hours. Finally reached home at 4.45am, n could go to sleep. Given MC for 15-02-11.

Waking up at 8.45am, I quickly called MIL n asked her to wait for me to fetch Jaden to school. After fetching Jaden to school, we went to JE, where I need to go for my weekly injection. Before going into the clinic, we went to eat bfast. My appetite was bad, only managed to eat some wanton mee n some hot milk. Then we went to the clinic.

I looked pale. I told the nurse of my bad vomitting. While chatting as I was waiting for my turn, I vomitted badly again. The nurse quickly registered me to see the gynae who was in shift today, instead of waiting til evening when my gynae is here. The gynae said my vomitting was very bad, n resulted me to have slight wheezing, which means my asthma acting up n slight cough. Said need to admit me into hosp for drip. After my injection, nurse went to prepare my documents.

SMSed my best pal to see if she can accompany me, luckily she could. After preparing the hospitalisation documents for me, i quickly sent MIL to CC to fetch Jaden home while I went back home to pack my things. fetched Kelly n then my bro, my bro drove my car n fetched us to NUH.

Checked in the hosp in noon. Opted for A1 ward w/o hesitation. Poke my left hand to prepare for drip. With the drip n med tat is anti-vomit med, I felt better. Actually my gynae wanted me to stay til tmr, but I said if can, today discharge loh, coz tmr is yuan xiao festival. Thanks to hubby, who acc me til morn.. Kelly, who acc me almost the whole day, my sis n Allan for visiting!

So, luckily today can discharge, but to my regret, i should b obedient to stay 1 more day. without the drip with medication, i do feel nausea at times. luckily i was prescribed with the anti-vomit pills. Had a nap at home n it is great to be at home. Nurse said, if vomit becomes bad again, may need to come back again... hmmmm..

Bro said my room looks like a chalet, very big.. hahahaa... I decided when I deliver, I wana opt to come this private ward, though abit more exp then the general A1 ward. But really quieter n more private.

hope all this can end SOON, or else i dunno how to survive throughout the whole process. Please keep me in your prayers.

My 29th Birthday

This year, my bday was spent v simply.. coz both hubby n I need to work...

We rushed to Jack's Place at ard 9+... Still in time to order food.. hehe... as usual, had my lobster bisque, steak, ice cream... But my mood was spoilt by 2 running n noisy kids.

Parents sitting outdoors, n kids running n screaming like nobody's business. Til a moment I got really fed up, wanted to get up n go out to confront the parents, but was stopped by hubby. So wat i did, when the waitress came over, I asked her, pls go outside n ask the parent to bring her kids out, coz the noise was affecting my dinner. The mum still dared to talked in the restaurant, telling her kids off tat they have to b quiet coz they kana complained liao. I was like, wtf...

i told hubby, it's common for kids to run n play, but like this cannot. Parents at outside, kids inside... inconsiderate mah.. I asked hubby, if Jaden makes noise n is v noisy, he will sure bring his son away right? he nodded his head.. n i told him, tats wat I'm trying to say.. come on lah, parents!

my flowers was 1 day late.. coz hubby didn't manage to buy the blue roses on time, so next day when we were back at nite, the bouquet of flowers were on the bed... haha... Though no presents, no cake, no luxury celebration, but I'm happy enough, coz wat i want is a simple dinner, a simple celebration.

2011 Chinese New Year

Back to reality, back to work..

I had spent a great n happy CNY this year, really. Though was sad that Jaden n hubby weren't around with me during this CNY period, leaving me alone in Spore, but I wasn't lonely. I had my family n relatives as company.

We had great fun. Eating steamboat, celebrating my maternal grandma's bday, lao yu sheng, going to one another's house, mahjong, movie, supper n outing to the Marina Bay. I enjoyed my time with my siblings. They were around to accompany n taking care of me. & the company of my cousins...

I'm so glad we 3 siblings r so much closer now, n can sense that my brother is so happy tat we are back in our 5-members groups again... n now with the presence of me n my sis... He's no longer alone in CNY!

My precious men came back yest. Brought Jaden back home for nap, til 6.30pm n he still refused to get up. Brought him to my parents' house to bai nian... he was playing happily n my mum was so happy loh.. haha! in the past when he was much younger, he would cry bitterly b4 stepping into my parents' house.. luckily now he won't...

Staying for ard 45min, we gotta rush to another venue, my best pal's house... Jaden oso had a good time at Princeton's place.. But bcoz my bro n his gf coming over to our house to bai nian, so we oso didn't stay too long at the Tay's house, n we gotta send Jaden back to in laws' house.. then rush home to welcome my bro n Yinghui... Chatted n watched soccer for quite some time, then they had to go... N i quickly had my sleep... So tired..

Tmr need to go back to work liao... So sianzzzz.. Just dun feel like working... but no choice, who ask me didn't strike TOTO today.. so still gonna slog.. haha!
