4th wedding anniversary

4 years ago, in e presence of our both families, relatives n good friends, we pledged our love n wed as husband n wife. We had our ROM solemnisation n wedding banquet on e same day, held at Holiday Inn Atrium (HIA)..

today marks our 4th year as a wedding couple. We r v glad that we now have our 2 princes, Jaden n Javier, tat made our family a complete one.

Called to make a reservation at Melting Pot Cafe, n we both were v full... The atmosphere is quiet n cool, we loved it so much.

Although in e marriage, we experienced ups n downs, but i'm sure it's a test given by God. No marriage is 4eva successful w/o any waves. We still have many years down the road, it'll sure meet some bumps along e way. I've been telling myself tat we can cross e hurdles. There r bound to have unhappiness or disputes, but after awhile, it'll dissolve.

Our sons r the greatest gifts given to us. We'll do our best to give our sons a complete family with love n concern. I wish we could spend each day together happily as a family, though hubby does make me angry at times, n he did have unhappiness abt me, but we are not saints... I blif, as long as we put in effort in maintaining the marriage n family, it'll b v strong n happy.

We had a great lunch at HIA today, n hope we can always b accomodating n loving. Happy 4th wedding anniversary my hubby..

Merry Xmas!

1st of all, i wana wish all my family, my relatives, my friends a MERRY XMAS 2011!!

So wat if it's xmas today? so what it's a Sunday? Hubby still need to work as usual, as Sun is his working shift.

1 more week to e start of my work.. Really feeling reluctant about it.. but well, accept the fact.

Thurs, it was dong zhi, my popo cooked dinner as usual, n all of us would go over to eat if we can make it. Hubby n I brought our 2 princes over tat evening... Had e usual dishes, n had a chat with my relatives b4 we left.

Fri, hubby n I brought Javier to Vivo n meet my siblings n biao ge for lunch at White Dog Cafe. My sis brought me there a few months ago, n we find the food n price reasonable... Hubby was looking forward to it, n so my sis who was off that day, my bro n biao ge were on leave, so we went there to eat. yummy! Hubby, I n my bro managed to buy a pair of jeans! Yes! Stayed for ard 3hours and we left bcoz my sis had another apptment.

Sat, which was xmas eve, was supposed to go to the Pasir Ris Costa Sands Resorts rented by my 5th uncle. Planned to bring Jaden along, but the weather yest was really bad... in e end, decided that both hubby n I will go alone. We had bbq food there, with my 5th uncle family of 4, my 4th uncle n aunt, my mum n my sis... As my sis need to reach home ard 10pm, so we actually left at 9+, n went to fetch Javier home.

Now, Javier is having his nap... It's just like a normal day to us.. But it's ok, as long as all of us are healthy. Unlike me, having flu now, Jaden is still recovering from his flu too, but he is so much better now. I got the bug from him. Very soon, it'll b 2012. I need to start thinking of my 2012 wish list! Last but not least, MERRY XMAS again!

21st December 2011

Today is e 21st of the month again, the last 21st for the year of 2011... Jaden turns 37 months old...

This toddler now always throw tantrums by crying out loud, n it's a test to our patience... I really hope he can b more sensible as he grows older loh. But at least he isn't rough towards his younger brother.

Jaden will sayang Javier. How I wish they can grow up to b close brothers next time. Jaden now can skip naps at times, just play. But will still knock out when he really cannot stand it. Not as like in e past, nap can sleep for at least 2.5hr-4hr...

Today, we oso shaved Javier's baby hair. Yes, finally. approaching 4mth old very soon, n it's time. Mayb bcoz he dun have much n thick hair, so even shave off is like no much diff. Unlike Jaden, his hair is thick n volume! Yes, Jaden needs a haircut too, but not botak i'm sorry...

My life changed ever since e arrival of my princes. I get to know tat every individual is different, n i will try my best not to compare them.

Although Jaden still not sensible enuff to help out with Javier, but at least he doesn't treat Javier as an enemy to fight for love n attention. I'll tell him everyday as in i love him. Though at times, Jaden's behaviour made us v frustrated with him, but i truly blif he will improve 1 day. If we as parents dun trust him, how to xpect other ppl to trust him too then?

My cousin told me, cannot b too dependent on children coz 1 day they'll 'leave' you n form a family of their own. the 1 we shld treasure is our spouse coz spouse is the 1 who will walk down e life journey til e end of their lives. I find it logical, so i will try to convince myself tat i will have to let go 1 day. But for now, they r the most impt ppl in my life. I have to protect them.

No matter wat, i thank God for everything tat is given to me. I always look forward to their growing processes, n i'm happy to have them in my life. Thanks for everything. I will always try to fork out time to update their stuff whenever I can..

Our Friday 16-12-11

Yest, we did 2 things with our little Js.... Brought Jaden out to play, brought Javier for his 3mth jabs.

In e morn, mil brought Jaden to sch, while hubby n I brought Jav to Dr Chua's clinic for his vaccination. We met at pioneer mall. Called e clinic to get a queue number 1st. By e time we reach, which was 1hr later, still has 3 numbers b4 us.. Or else, would need to wait for a longer time, so e clinic asst told me the other day tat b4 we bring Jav down, can actually call them 1st, so tat we can get a fast q number n not wait so long as walk-in patients.

Decided to let Jav go for his rotavirus after some consideration. It was Dr Low on duty yest. Had 2 jabs n an oral med. Was glad tat Jav is growing well. As a 3mth 1wk old infant, he now weighs 6.77kg, 68cm tall, n head circumference at 43cm.

As usual, he was crying badly for the jabs. After awhile, he cooled down when i was pacifying him.

After jabs, we went for bfast. Then mil helped to take care of Jav, while we went to fetch Jaden frm sch at 11.30am, n drove him to Turf City Fidgets, to play.

Jaden enjoyed himself there. Though he wasn't tat curious to explore other parts of e place n stayed at e area of coloured balls, but in e end he did run over n explore, together with hubby. He didnt dare to cross e obstacles, so waited for hubby to join him n go with him. At least now he would try lah, compared to e past, he die die wont wana explore.

After playing for near to 2hrs, he was tired n wana drink milk. Let him drink milk at Fidgets, while hubby n I ordered a milkshake n a plate of fries to munch b4 we left. Jaden had a great time there...

I was still thinking next wk, i may wana bring him to Peek-a-boo playgrd at Kallang. I may bring him myself, since he can sit on booster alone while I drive. Or mayb i shld ask my pal to c if she wana join.

I'm starting work very soon. i dun look forward aniway haiz, but wat to do?Wait til Jav is older then can bring them go play together!

Jaden's 1st class photo with Wonder Place

Jaden has been attending his N1 class with Wonder Place Childcare centre since this year Jan... He attends 2-3 hours daily from Mon-Fri...

He had his class photo taken in Oct, after my confinement... N we finally got the photo.. It was a good memento for Jaden esp when he grows up.

He doesn't mix around with his friends there... What a pity.. He always plays alone, n the teachers also left him alone as he dun wish to join in..

Aniway, we had decided to withdraw him from the centre from next mth onwards. No point letting him attend animore since he's always being left alone.. I personally find that he dun learn much from there too. The things that he knew are all learnt at home...

I have yet to talk to the supervisor abt the withdrawal. Hope I can get to see her this week.. Jaden now goes to school, he won't cry. It's a pity that he will be leaving the centre as he finally had gotten used to the place. But I'm sure he'll learn better in the other school. I'm sure he will improve then...

Trying out new facial product

Today, my sis accompanied me to Watsons to ask abt facial products tat may suit my skin... My complexion belongs to extremely sensitive type, so cannot anihow use facial products...

I tried exp products b4, n even cheap ones like ZA... But none suits me... Now, I dun use any products tat moisturises, or toning my complexion. I only use a face wash tats all... Didnt apply anything at all...

My sis uses Vichy, n she thinks it's good. So brought me to the booth, to ask the sales abt my complexion. She recommended us another product. She gave me a sample pack for the facial wash. We bought another 2 products. Just started using, n shall see if I will b allergic to the product or not. If ok, I'll go down to purchase the facial wash product.

This sales girl isn't pushy. She only recommended the facial wash. It's us who wanted to try out moisturiser, then she recommend tat for me. Tats wat I like abt this salesgirl. The more u r pushy, the more i do not wana patronise. I quite like her aniway.

My sis paid for the products, n commented tat it'll be her xmas present for me.. Thanks so much babe!

I'm approaching 30 VERY SOON. I know I seldom do any protecting of my complexion, n started to age even faster as I do not sleep as much as I did last time. I hope this set of products will suit me, so tat I can let my complexion b more moist n not so dry... Pray hard!

Xmas present from my brother

My bro is on leave today, n he need to bring his car for servicing. He called me a few days ago to ask if I'm free to fetch him from Pandan Gardens Kia service centre, n i agreed, since this week hubby work til Tues. He can help out with care taking of Jav.

Morn, we brought Jav to JP for Ya Kun.. together with my bro n sis. Walked awhile at JP b4 dropping hubby n Jav at my in laws' house.

Met my bro at Pandan Gardens Kia... then he said wana go Bugis to find something. After settling his stuff, we went to temple to pray, after tat to OG to walk awhile. He went to see bermudas, while I was looking at Elle wallets n handbags.

I saw a nice pink handbag, which also comes with a wristlet.. To me, i find it nice lah.. But didn't bear to buy. Now, whenever I need to buy something, I will need some time to think it over b4 i buy, unlike in the past, just buy w/o much consideration.

Bro asked me if I found something I like, n i said yes, but dun wana buy, coz dun wish to waste $$... He volunteered to buy for me as a xmas present, n i refused. He insisted to buy, so in e end I brought him to see. There r 3 colours, n he oso think pink one is nicer. So, he bought it for me. Thanks so much my brother! I really do like the handbag lah actually.. Very happy! When my finance has stabled down, I'll buy something for him too...

Air tickets back to Kulim for 2012 CNY

next year's CNY is extremely early, will b in mid-end of Jan... next yr next yr, sounds far ya... it shld b next month liao....

had bought e tickets a couple of weeks ago, without hubby's share. his boss has yet to approve him to buy.. actually mine oso, so i'm actually risking to buy 1st.

1 of hubby's superior, who is v close to him, asked him to buy 1st yest... hope can b approved by then. so just now, i went online n helped hubby book. luckily, there r still tickets left for our flights, so hubby will b getting on e same flight as us! i know it's risky for us to buy e tix 1st, but no choice. now is already v exp... if wait any longer, is either no tix liao, or the price will go even higher. Hope nothing goes wrong ya... pray hard.

On Fri, we brought both Jaden n Javier down to collect their passports. Jaden's passport needed to b replaced bcoz of his photo. tat was taken when he was still an infant! hehehe.. i like the current pic in Jaden's passport... Javier doesn't look tat nice, hahaha...

Now, all e tix stuff for next month's CNY is settled. will only wait for leave approval.

Jie En's wedding 03-12-11

Today, I attended my NIE best friend, Jie En's wedding at Orchid Country Club...

Jie En, who was 1 of my jiemeis during my wedding, was a very kind-hearted n cheerful person. Being with her, I always feel very happy n calm. And now, finally, she got married, to the man who she deeply in love with...

They invited me to attend their ROM solemnisation, which was b4 the banquet... Bcoz they r sincere believers of Jesus Christ, so they had a very touching ceremony. I always felt v touched when I hear people singing praises to Jesus Christ.

It was a wedding lunch, and this was my 2nd visit to the country club for wedding. I can see that Jie En is very happy, and am sure she'll be well taken care of by her husband Weiwen.

It was a very touching wedding, n I felt v happy to b invited and to share the happiness of their unity. She is a very kind & positive person. I love to talk to her alot. When I see her happily getting married today, I was so touched tat there were a few times I just feel like crying, bcoz I'm just too happy for her.

I warmly welcome her to join the Mrs. Club. I oso hope she'll soon join in the parenthood. They r no longer two but one. I hope my best frd can be surrounded by love n happiness always, and hope Weiwen can love her n protect her for the rest of his life. With their belief in Jesus Christ, I'm sure they'll treasure their marriage n will try their best to maintain their marriage. All e best Jie En. May you n Weiwen be blissful always!
