Just out of curiosity to sign him up n who koes was being shortlisted. Received notification email from them that had to bring Jav down today at 2-2.15pm to register. He belonged to grp 7.Well, i had never brought Jaden or Jav to such open contest b4. Wondered what the prog will b like today, but to my disappointment, it was not up to my expectations.
There are 180 babies today in the preliminary rounds. Only 15 babies will be selected for the finals for tomorrow. It's not bcoz Jav wasn't being selected to be in the finals, was bcoz i dun find such contest being fair.
Mayb many ppl knew abt such contests, but i really dunno. Each grp has 10 babies going up to the stage, n of course 10 mummies. If your bb can crawl or walk, or cannot also nvm, just put them on e mat for ard 2min. Judges will see how cute they are n then like tat.
Jav still cannot crawl. Some bb in his grp can crawl already, so was crawling all over the mat. Like tat, judges cannot see the bb at e back isn't it? There are 1 or 2 more bb in the grp who refused to cooperate lah of course. Jav was v tired as he has been awake for near to 3hrs. He needed his nap.
Hubby was trying to make him smile at the front of the stage, but he refused to smile. Haha. After tat, he was so tired tat he napped for a few hours. Since he napped at my PILs' house, so we brought Jaden out for lunch. Who koes eat halfway, Jaden said he wanted to nap too. So, we brought him home to nap, all e way from 4+ to 7.45pm.Now, we are at home with Javier. He need not go to west mall again tmr, coz he wasn't being selected into the finals. I dun really fight for the prizes actually. It's just a pure experience. Now i koe such contests liao.
It doesn't matter if Jav managed to win anything or not, coz tats not the point of signing him up. I really wana koe how it would b like to take part in such contest n how it is being held. A weekend was gone just like tat. Time flies. Sunday shall be my rest day. Just wana laze n not do anything.
